Duluth, MN - Halvor Lines Speedway and official livestream partner Dirt Race Central, along with Accurate Auto, Den’s Auto Body, and North Star Community Services to present the 50th annual Silver 1000 Fan Challenge.
The 50th annual Silver 1000 - on Thursday September, 1st, 2021 - is the second longest dirt Late Model event to be continuously held at the same facility since its inception. The World 100 at the Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, OH) holds the top spot in that category starting just two years prior.
This historic event deserves a historic payout for the 50th annual event. You, the fans can play a part in making this happen in participating in the “Silver 1000 Fans Challenge”.
Dirt Race Central, Accurate Auto, Den’s Auto Body, and NorthStar Community Services are willing to match up to a total of $10,000 raised by fan and other business donations as part of the “Silver 1000 Fan Challenge”. This unique program could bring in excess of over $20,000 towards the WISSOTA Late Model payout for the 50th annual event. Money raised as part of the “Silver 1000 Fan Challenge” will be added to the regular posted Late Model payout and continue to grow including the night of the event itself.
The Halvor Lines Speedway would like to thank Troy and Jonathan Powers for presenting this idea to spice up the 50th annual Silver 1000.
